The reverse merger saved us time.

When our company wanted to go public we hired a consultant who was experienced in Reverse Mergers. When the consultant explained by using a Reverse merger we'd be raising capital more quickly we decided to go for it. Obviously raising capital quickly is a priority and Reverse Mergers can provide that possibility since it speeds up the process to going public. If we didn't hire a consultant that was well versed in Reverse Mergers we wouldn't be doing as well as we are now. We're glad we decided to go with the Reverse merger, now we're raising capital earlier than we had hoped.
