My neighbor needs more information on Funding a Company. His partner thinks that Private Investment in Public Entity is the best way of Raising Capital. He was asking my husband and I if we knew anything about Funding a Company so he could have another opinion. We told him we were sorry that we didn't know anything about Funding a Company, Private Investment in Public Entity, or Raising Capital.
